The Senior Account Manager manages the relationship with existing commercial customers. This position is the owner of existing client relationship and works closely with the Regional Sales Manager. This position is focused on the development of long-term account strategy, relationship building and lead in meeting client immediate needs. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for identifying expansion opportunities, as well as client retention/satisfaction, achieving commercial growth goals and overall customer satisfaction. The Senior Account Manager should have strong relationship building skills, a drive to exceed solution sales targets, an ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for serving clients and their members.
